Return Policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Unless defective or damaged, returns are eligible only for store credit only. Returns are accepted within 14 days of in-store purchase or within 14 days of receipt of a shipped purchase. Please note that with the exception of damaged / defective products, customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs to returning the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase must also accompany your return.

Please note that all sale items and special orders are final sale.

To initiate a return, please email us at britandbelle@yahoo.com to obtain a return authorization number. If the product is defective or damaged, we wil supply the return label to you via email. If the product is for exchange, please mail your product to:
